The important bits

The competition is open to NSW residents aged 18 and over holding an active paid Surfs Up or Endless Summer membership. One entry per person. The winner's monthly case and $100 taproom beer credit must be redeemed within that calendar month and cannot be rolled over, transferred or exchanged for cash. The winner must be present to use the taproom credit. Responsible service of alcohol applies at all times.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Trustee for the Woolgoolga Brewing Co. Unit Trust trading as Woolgoolga Brewing Co., ABN 48 383 592 108, of 7 Willis Rd, Woolgoolga NSW 2456 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotional period

The promotion opens at time of publication AEST on Friday 18 September 2026 and closes at 12:00pm (noon) AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years or over who hold an active paid Surfs Up or Endless Summer membership at the end of the Promotional Period.

Directors, officers and employees of the Promoter, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, former spouse, de facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent or stepparent, grandparent or step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling or stepsibling.

4. How to enter

Eligible people will receive one entry if they hold an active paid Surfs Up or Endless Summer membership at 12:00pm AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026.

People may qualify by:

• holding an existing active paid Surfs Up or Endless Summer membership at the close of the Promotional Period;

• purchasing a new paid Surfs Up or Endless Summer membership during the Promotional Period; or

• renewing a paid Surfs Up or Endless Summer membership during the Promotional Period.

An early renewal will be added to the entrant's existing membership expiry date. Limit one entry per eligible person, irrespective of the number of memberships, renewals or transactions associated with that person.

Memberships must be purchased at the normal advertised price. Entrants must provide complete and accurate membership and contact details and confirm that they are aged 18 or over.

5. Nature of promotion

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

6. Draw

The draw will take place at 3:00pm AEST on Saturday 26 September 2026, live at Woolgoolga Curryfest.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

The Promoter's decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner notification and publication

The provisional winner will be announced live at the draw, if present, and contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact details associated with their membership by 5:00pm AEST on Monday 28 September 2026. The winner does not need to be present at Curryfest to win. The winner's first name and surname initial will also be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels by 28 September 2026.

The provisional winner must provide proof of identity, age, NSW residency and eligible membership before the prize is awarded.

8. Prize

There is one prize consisting of the following monthly allocations for 12 consecutive calendar months, from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027:

• one case of eligible Woolgoolga Brewing Co. beer per month, valued at up to $80 per case; and

• $100 per month in beer credit for use at the Woolgoolga Brewing Co. taproom.

The maximum total prize value is $2,160 including GST. Prize values are correct at the start of the Promotional Period and no compensation is payable for any variation in value.

9. Packaged beer allocation

Each monthly case consists of 16 x 375ML Cans selected from packaged Woolgoolga Brewing Co. beer available at the brewery at the time of redemption. Limited releases, special releases, mixed packs and third-party products are excluded unless the Promoter agrees otherwise.

The case must be collected by the winner from the Woolgoolga Brewing Co. taproom during advertised trading hours within the relevant calendar month. Delivery is not included. Valid photo identification may be required at collection.

10. Taproom beer credit

The $100 monthly credit:

• may only be used by the winner for Woolgoolga Brewing Co. beer served in the taproom;

• may be used over one or more visits during the relevant calendar month;

• cannot be used for takeaway alcohol, guest beverages, food, merchandise, events, tickets, memberships, gift cards, gratuities or any other product;

• may not be used by another person unless the winner is present; and

• is subject at all times to the venue's conditions of entry, responsible service of alcohol obligations and staff directions.

The prize does not guarantee service of alcohol. The Promoter may refuse service where required or permitted by law, including where a person is intoxicated, disorderly, underage or unable to provide acceptable identification.

11. Monthly expiry; no rollover

Each monthly case and monthly taproom credit must be redeemed during the relevant calendar month. Any unredeemed case, unused credit or remaining credit balance expires at the end of that month and will not roll over or accumulate.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No change will be given and the prize cannot be credited against an existing account or debt.

12. Availability and substitutions

Beer styles are subject to availability. If an eligible product is unavailable, the Promoter may provide a reasonably equivalent Woolgoolga Brewing Co. product of equal or greater value. The winner does not have a guaranteed entitlement to any particular beer, style, package format or limited release.

If the prize or any part of it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any required regulatory approval.

13. Unclaimed prize

If the provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not establish eligibility, declines the prize or does not claim the prize by 5:00pm AEDT on 12 October 2026, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize draw at 12:00pm AEDT on 13 October 2026 at Woolgoolga Brewing Co., 7 Willis Rd, Woolgoolga.

Any replacement winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email within two business days and their first name and surname initial will be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels.

14. Verification and invalid entries

The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, residency, membership status and payment. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, acts fraudulently or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.

If a membership payment is reversed, refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent before the draw, the associated membership will not qualify unless it is otherwise active and fully paid at the close of the Promotional Period.

15. Privacy

The Promoter will collect and use entrants' personal information to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact and announce the winner, provide the prize and manage membership. The Promoter may disclose information to service providers assisting with these activities and to regulators where required by law.

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting beers@woopibrewongco.com.au. 

16. Publicity

The winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name, surname initial and suburb for the purpose of announcing the result. Any additional promotional photography, video, interview or use of the winner's likeness will be subject to the winner's separate consent.

17. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence or wilful misconduct.

The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries or communications, or for technical failures outside its reasonable control.

18. Disruption or cancellation

If the promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.

19. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

20. Responsible consumption

The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. Entrants and the winner should enjoy alcohol responsibly.
