Thank you for being part of the live music community at Woolgoolga Brewing Co.

Live music has always been at the heart of what we do. Since opening our doors, we've been passionate about creating a space where local musicians can perform, connect with audiences and be part of something special. We genuinely appreciate every artist who plays here and look forward to continuing to support live music for many years to come.

This guide outlines our standard performance and payment arrangements to help ensure everything runs smoothly for everyone.

Standard Performance Times

Unless otherwise arranged with the venue, our standard performance schedule is:

Saturdays

• Music commences at 2:00pm

• 3 x 45-minute sets

Sundays

• Music commences at 1:00pm

• 3 x 45-minute sets

If different performance times have been agreed for a special event, private function or ticketed show, these will be confirmed with your booking.

Invoicing & Payment

Please email all invoices to: accounts@woopibrewingco.com.au

Payment Terms: 14 days from receipt of a valid invoice.

To assist with prompt payment, please include the following on your invoice:

• Performer or business name

• ABN (if applicable)

• Date of performance

• Agreed performance fee

• Bank account details

Superannuation

Recent changes to Australian superannuation legislation mean that venues engaging performers may, in certain circumstances, be required to make superannuation contributions, even where performers invoice with an ABN.

As a small independent craft brewery, we are unfortunately unable to absorb this additional cost on top of the performance fees we have traditionally paid.

Unlike many larger venues, we don't have additional revenue streams, such as gaming machines, to subsidise live entertainment. Every dollar we invest in live music is a conscious investment in supporting local artists and creating a vibrant community venue.

To ensure we can continue providing regular live music, all agreed performance fees are inclusive of any applicable superannuation obligations.

Where superannuation is applicable, the required contribution will be calculated from the agreed performance fee and paid to your nominated complying super fund in accordance with Australian legislation.

If you require Woolgoolga Brewing Co. to make these contributions on your behalf, please provide your nominated super fund details and member number when submitting your invoice.
